These resources can work onsite of offshore and will work under the direct management of your organizations. Although we are working under a time and materials basis we are also available to help with any step of your project, including assessment and recommendations, business process development and analysis through architecture, design, implementation and testing.

We will take on full responsibility and work under a fixed outcome basis utilizing our processes and methodologies. Spicore's full life cycle development methodology ensures the highest quality enterprise application delivered on time. We will provide excellent documentation of the code and each stage of the process including requirements and design.
Hybrid Model. If the existing scope of a project is undefined we can work with you in a hybrid fashion. This is a very common implantation in which we start with an analysis phases performed under a time and materials model that produces an estimate and a project plan for the next phase which is delivered on a fixed bid basis with change orders handled on a time and materials basis.
